International Dieppe Kite Festival

The festival is organised by the association "Dieppe Capitale du Cerf-Volant"

Dieppe Capitale du Cerf-Volant is an association "loi de 1901", not subject to " TVA" tax.

Its aim is the organization of the International kite festival in Dieppe.

The Association consists of 33 people so far. Some officials politics members, some partners members and some active members.

The event is organized by a team of professionals, employee by the association. These professionals work with the support of volunteers active members.

The board is composed of a President, a Treasurer and Deputy Treasurer, a Secretary and an Assistant Secretary.

The professional team is composed of a general coordinator/organizer, and in so-called "festival year", of two assistant(s) of organization.

The Chairman: Mrs Audigou, representing the Mayor of the City of Dieppe.

Treasurer: David Legrand, Assistant Treasurer: Fabien Lefebvre.

Secretary: Stéphane Dole, Assistant Secretary: Emilie Cauchoix.
